I have been creating videos for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always filming something with whatever device I could get my hands on. An iPad, an old iPod, a laptop webcam, a GoPro, my phone. It did not matter what it was. If it had a camera, I was using it.

Most of it was just random ideas with friends. Little skits in the neighborhood, edits nobody asked for, or short videos I thought were cool at the time. I remember asking my mom if I could get a Filmora subscription when I was younger before I even understood what editing really was. I just knew I loved the process of creating something and sharing it.

That interest stuck with me as I got older and eventually led me to study Media and Culture at West Chester University. During college I had the opportunity to work with studio equipment, broadcast production, cameras, and editing software while learning how media actually gets created behind the scenes. One of my favorite experiences was producing a daily campus segment called Weather Minute, which was published across the university and gave me my first taste of creating something people watched every day.

While I was in school, I also started exploring the business side of media and built Ridley Marketing Group, a marketing and content agency focused on helping businesses grow through video and social media. That experience helped me realize that great content is not just about how something looks, but about how it connects with people.

Looking back, creating has always been the one thing that consistently excited me. Whether it was filming random videos as a kid or working on real productions today, the feeling has always been the same. I enjoy telling stories, capturing moments, and making something people can connect with.

I am still chasing that same feeling today, just on a bigger stage.
